 How to cook Spaghetti Squash


Heat oven to 200C.Cut it in half length ways and scoop out seeds. Brush the inside of each half with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place cut sides down on a rimmed bakingsheet and put sheet into the oven. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until you can easily pierce the squash with a fork.Once cooked, turn them cut side up and use a fork to fluff up the 'noodles' inside.
-Scrape them out on a plate and serve a tomato pasta sauce over them as a gluten free pasta substitute-Spoon hot bolognaise sauce over the 'noodles' -leaving them in the half skin - sprinkle with cheese and herbs and put under the grill until cheese is melted and golden- Combine your spaghetti squash noodles in a bowl with an egg and seasoning of your choice. Mix together and fry flattened spoonfuls as a hash brown alternative.
